Give a round of applause to...!

So, I found out that my grandmother, she and my grandfather are here on a visit, plays the piano and organ. So we were flippingh through an easy-to-play hymn book and started doing this duet for "Angels We Have Heard On High." This was not a hard-to-work-on project, but it sure was fun. I provide the basic tune, the actul sheet music reading and my grandmother provides the snappy tune for the bass.

I didn't count on it breaking....

So, Becky, Ben and I were sitting at the dining room table talking and being hyper as always and my mother and Casey were in the other room talking. So, Ben started to cut, with scissors, into this notebook and I said that if he did that again i would smash this lightbulb over your head.
So, what does he do? He picks up the book. What do I do? I smash the light bulb over his head.
I really didn't think it would break, but it shattered into peices and i was dumfounded that i actually smashed a lightbulb over my little brother's head. He was ok, no shards stuck into his skin, but i could not help but laugh. That hat of his that he wears all the time probably coushened the blow, thank goodness. I don't know what i would of done if a giant shard of glass was sticking out of his head, blood was shooting out of his brain like a geyeser and he startesd screaming bloody murder. But, thank goodness he's alright.
He claims to have cutten itno it to distinguish his notebook from everyone elses. Riiiiiiight......
